Violations of these restrictions in Gillingham may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Gillingham Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Gillingham Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of our services.
